European seas are in need of protection. Only 10 % are at the moment. As part of a campaign on marine protected areas, KOLLcomms was tasked with delivering an output plan and advice on implementation of the plan for Seas At Risk and partner organisations including France Nature Environnement, FNE, Irish Wildlife Trust and Sciaena in Portugal.
